Real comparable analysis, a disciplined offer strategy, and a clear read on the other side. I tell you what a home is worth and what it will likely take, then we decide together when to push and when to hold.

What areas do you cover?

Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and the south end of Alameda County (Fremont and south), with occasional work in Berkeley. From Los Gatos and Saratoga up the Peninsula to Belmont.

Do you review disclosures and inspections?

Yes, on every purchase. I use AI-assisted tools to surface every issue in the disclosure package and the inspection reports, so nothing becomes a surprise or a renegotiation point later.
